I received this product on time and the packaging was perfectly fine. The seller did not share any pictures of the product even when I requested directly through chat which was a bit suspicious. The MacBook is in good condition with minor marks of wear on top cover. There is a significant scuff on one of the corners which is visible in one of the pictures that I shared and I would have to apply skin on the top for this reason. I would recommend this machine but do keep in mind that it is configured with a hard drive which is painfully slow and lags the system. You absolutely need to buy an SSD as a replacement drive for this machine. There was no dual boot option with Windows set for this Macbook which was supposed to be as per product description. I upgraded my devixe to Mac OS Catalina without any issue and would recommend to do so for an updated experience. You would lose the compatibility of pre-installed office along with other apps. Overall I am happy with the purchase

I am extremely happy to write this review. I was really worried before buying but after seeing reviews i made my mind to buy this. Above images shows the laptop which I received. Its been 2 weeks of testing this laptop. I am satisfied with the product and it is working fine. Only reason I am not giving 5 start is that I have to wait 5 days for charger delivery as it was not sent earlier with the laptop. the product I received has no visible scratches on the keyboard and screen area
